Hi, I'm Laurent Lebihan. I run Lebtek.
I'm the senior engineer who designs, builds and runs my clients' systems. Lebtek has been operating in Phoenix since 2012, and I've worked with around 200 businesses on projects in that time.
How Lebtek started
I’ve been around computers for as long as I can remember. My dad was an engineer, and there was always a machine on the desk at home: a TI-99, then a Commodore 64, a Zenith 8088, a 386SX. I learned how they worked from the inside out, long before it was a job.
That curiosity became a career. In the late ’90s I led a Level II technical support team at MCI WorldCom, then managed nationwide field deployments. From 2001 to 2006 I worked for EDS in Paris on large outsourced IT engagements in European retail and telecom: point-of-sale systems for about 230 stores tied to an IBM AS/400 inventory platform, and quality assurance for a mission-critical telecom platform holding more than 30 million network-event records. That is where I learned that every change is planned, tested and documented before anyone touches production.
Back in Phoenix, I ran IT for a new fixed-wireless internet provider, and supported about 400 medical-office locations as a systems engineer: servers, phone systems and electronic medical record implementations. In 2019 I led a multi-city laptop refresh across the US and Canada for a national staffing firm, upgrading thousands of devices while their sales teams kept working.
I founded Lebtek in 2012 to bring that enterprise discipline to Phoenix-area businesses that don’t have, and shouldn’t need, a large IT department. Since then I’ve worked with about 200 businesses. You work directly with me: I design, build and run your systems, with AI handling routine log review and reporting under my supervision, and every client standardized on a documented setup, so nothing depends on guesswork or on one person’s memory. I also built LTOcore, Lebtek’s own platform, from the real day-to-day needs of that work.
Outside of work, I’m a family man, married with kids, and a world traveler. I’m fluent in English and French, so if your business works in French, so can I.
Senior-led, start to finish
You work directly with the engineer who designs, builds and runs your systems. No ticket queue, no handoffs.
No ticket queue
Your request goes to the person who will fix it. It does not wait in a tier-one queue or get passed between technicians.
A direct line
You have one point of contact who already knows your environment, so you never have to explain your setup from the beginning.
Documentation you own
Network diagrams, credentials, licensing and configuration notes are written down and belong to you, not to me.
No lock-in
If you ever decide to move on, you leave with everything you need to hand your environment to someone else.
Where I spend most of my time
Microsoft 365
Tenants, identity, email, files, and device management, set up properly and kept that way.
Networking
The wired and wireless networks, firewalls and connectivity every other system depends on.
Cloud infrastructure
Designing, migrating and running workloads in the cloud, with backups and costs kept under control.
Security
A security stack backed by Huntress's 24/7 SOC, with me as your direct contact when something needs action.
What runs underneath
LTOcore
I'm building LTOcore, an AI-native IT platform. Lebtek runs on it. Read about LTOcore →
