AI Solutions & Integration

Everyone talks about AI. We build and integrate it. Custom agents, workflow automation, document processing, and analytics tied to work your team is doing by hand today.

AI that does the actual work

Most AI conversations start with the technology and go looking for a use. That order is backwards, and it is why so many pilots quietly end without ever reaching production.

We start from the opposite end: a specific task your team performs repeatedly, by hand, that is slow or error-prone or simply hated. Retyping invoice data. Triaging inbound requests. Summarizing call notes into a system nobody has time to update. Reconciling two spreadsheets that should agree and never do.

Those problems are unglamorous, and they are where AI currently earns its cost.

What is real, and what is not

Being useful here requires being honest about the boundary. Language models are genuinely good at reading unstructured text, extracting structure from it, drafting, classifying, and summarizing. They are unreliable as a source of fact, they cannot be trusted with unreviewed authority over money or legal commitments, and they do not remove the need for someone accountable at the end of the process.

A workflow that is right 95% of the time and knows which 5% to escalate is valuable. One that is right 95% of the time and cannot tell you which is dangerous.

So we design for review: confidence thresholds, escalation paths, audit logs, and a human decision point wherever the cost of being wrong is real. That is not a limitation we apologize for. It is what makes the system deployable.

What gets built

  • Workflow automation. Multi-step processes that read incoming information, act on it across your existing systems, and hand off to a person at the points that need judgment.
  • Document and intake processing. Invoices, forms, applications, and correspondence turned into structured data in the system that should have it, with exceptions routed for review.
  • Custom agents and assistants. Internal tools grounded in your own documentation and data, so answers come from your policies rather than a general model’s guess about them.
  • Analytics you will actually read. Plain-language reporting over data you already collect, replacing dashboards nobody opens.
  • Integration work. Most of the effort in a successful AI project is plumbing — connecting to the systems you already run, in the shape they already have.

How it gets scoped

Small, and against a baseline. Before building, we measure how the task performs today: how long it takes, how often it goes wrong, what it costs in staff hours. Without that number there is no way to say afterwards whether the project worked, and it feels faster does not survive a budget review.

Then we build the narrowest useful version and run it alongside the manual process. If it holds up, we expand scope. If it does not, you have spent a small defined amount finding out, rather than a year and a platform commitment.

Your data stays yours

Before anything is built we establish what data the system may access, where it is processed, what is retained, and who can see it. For clients with HIPAA obligations or contractual confidentiality requirements this comes first, not as an afterthought once a tool is already in use.

Because we also run managed IT and security work, this is not a separate conversation from the rest of your environment. Identity, access control, and logging are the same discipline whether the thing being governed is a file server or a model with access to your inbox.

When the answer is no

Sometimes the honest recommendation is a database field, a corrected process, or a report that already exists in software you own. We would rather tell you that than sell an AI project that solves a problem you could have fixed for nothing. It is a shorter invoice and a better basis for the next conversation.

From bottleneck to production, deliberately

STEP 01

Find the task

We look for repetitive, high-volume, judgment-light work and measure how it performs today, so there is a baseline to beat.

STEP 02

Prototype

The narrowest useful version, built against your real data and real edge cases rather than a clean demo set.

STEP 03

Run in parallel

The prototype operates alongside the manual process until its accuracy and escalation behavior are proven in your environment.

STEP 04

Integrate

Once it holds, it moves into production with monitoring, logging, review paths, and a documented owner on your side.

Common AI questions

Repetitive work with clear inputs and outputs, done often, where a mistake is recoverable and reviewable. Data entry from documents, request triage, first-draft writing, summarization, and classification are all reliable candidates. Judgment-heavy work with legal or financial finality is not.

In our projects it removes the parts of their jobs they like least. The realistic outcome is a person handling exceptions and review instead of doing the whole task by hand. Anyone promising headcount reduction as the headline benefit is overselling current capability.

Scoped per project, and deliberately small to start. A first automation is typically weeks rather than months, which keeps the decision reversible. We quote against the baseline we measured, so the cost sits next to the hours it is meant to save.

We define that before building: what the system can access, where processing happens, what is retained, and who can see it. For clients under HIPAA or contractual confidentiality obligations, that constraint shapes the architecture from the start.

Usually because it was a general tool looking for a use, without integration into the systems where work actually happens or a clear owner responsible for it. Adoption follows from solving a task someone already dreads, inside the software they already have open.

We build and integrate. We use commercial models and services as components, which is sensible engineering rather than resale, but the workflow, the integration, the review logic, and the governance are built for your environment.

Have a process that should not still be manual?

Describe the task and we will tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool for it, what a pilot would involve, and what it would cost.
