What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through this site:
- Discovery call requests: your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, team size, preferred time, and a note about what you need.
- LTOcore early access: your email address.
- AI assistant chat: the messages you type into the website assistant, the page you were on, and, if you choose to share them, your name, email, company and a note.
- Email and phone: anything you send to info@lebtek.com or tell us on a call.
We do not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors. Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies, described below.
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule a call, and — for early access — contact you about LTOcore. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Services that process it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and actions such as submitting a form or tapping the phone number. It uses first-party cookies. Advertising features and Google signals are turned off, and the data is not used for ad personalization. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
- Anthropic provides the AI model behind the website assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. Anthropic does not use them to train its models.
- Email delivery: form submissions are forwarded to our inbox through a transactional email provider.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as they are useful to the conversation or relationship, and delete them on request. If you become a client, records related to your engagement are kept as required for business and tax purposes.
Chat transcripts are kept for 30 days so we can review the assistant's answers, then deleted automatically. If you send your details through the chat, the transcript is emailed to us with them and kept like any other form submission.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@lebtek.com and we will respond promptly.
Security
Submissions travel over encrypted connections and are stored in systems we secure the same way we secure our clients': access control, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
